Funds raised by the Foundation have supported different district level programs offered by SCCLD and specific programs and local SCCLD libraries:
- Distinguished Author Series
- Grants received from Rotary Club of Gilroy and Gilroy Foundation were used to support the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) Program at the Gilroy Library.
- Materials for the learners and tutors participating in the Reading Program
- Classes in Spanish to teach valuable computer skills
- Bookmobile services to people who may have difficulty visiting a community library
- Summer Lunch at the Library program in underserved communities
- Innovative programs benefiting many, including at-risk youth and families in need
